西北农林科技大学园艺学院蔬菜学研究生导师郭佳介绍如下：

1.基本信息

郭佳，博士，副教授，硕士生导师。2005年毕业于东北林业大学生物技术专业获理学学士学位，2007年毕业于韩国江原大学（Kangwon National University）植物分子生物学专业获理学硕士学位，2010年毕业于韩国江原大学植物分子生物学专业获理学博士学位，同年就职于西北农林科技大学园艺学院。

2.研究方向

从事植物逆境生理以及分子生物学方面的研究工作，包括植物响应干旱、盐碱等逆境的生理和分子机制、以及番茄的品种选育等。

3.开设课程

承担本科生“无土栽培全英文课程”、“食用菌栽培学”“植物组织培养”、“园艺学概论”等课程。

4.科研项目

“干旱和盐胁迫下番茄水孔蛋白PIPs在维持植株整体水分平衡中的作用研究”，国家自然科学基金青年基金项目，2016/01-2018/12，21万元，主持。

“番茄低温胁迫相关蛋白SlCOP1的功能与调控机制解析”，中央高校基本科研业务费，2014．01-2016.12，10万元，主持。

“一个感大豆疫霉菌的拟南芥突变体的分析”，教育部留学回国人员科研启动经费，2013.1-2015.12，3万元，主持。

“干旱和盐胁迫下硅诱导番茄可溶性糖积累的机理和作用”，国家自然科学基金面上项目，2015．01-2018.12，86万元，第二参与人。
