5. 备用信用证与跟单托收相结合

　　采用备用信用证与跟单托收相结合作为支付方式，这是为了防止跟单托收项下的货款一旦遭到进口商拒付时，可利用备用信用证的功能追回货款。为了表示其功能，在备用信用证中须载明如下条款：

　　凭即期付款交单与备用信用证相结合为付款方式，在备用信用证中应列明以卖方为受益人，其金额为＿＿＿＿并明确依＿＿＿号信用证项下跟单托收，若付款人于到期拒付时，受益人有权凭本信用证签发汇票和出具证明书，依＿＿＿号信用证项下收回货款。

　　Payment available by D/P at sight with a Stand-by L/C in favour ofseller for the amount of ＿ as undertaking. The stand-by L/C should bear the cause: In case the drawee of the documentary collection under credit No. ＿＿＿＿ fails to honour the payment upon due date, the Beneficiary has the right to draw under this L/C by their draft with a statement stating the payment on credit No. ＿＿＿＿ was not honoured.

　　采用这种支付方式的特点是跟单托收被拒付时，出票人可凭备用信用证所列的条款，予以追偿。

　　在实务中还可以采用如下相结合的支付方式，旨在减少风险，作到安全收汇。

　　6. 跟单托收与提交预付金相结合

　　采用跟单托收并须由进口商提交预付款或一定数量的押金作为保证。于契约货物装运后，出口商通过银行可获得货款的部分金额。若托收遭到进口商拒付时，出口商可将货物运回，而从已获款额中扣除来往运费、利息及合理的损失费用。关于预付金和一定数量的押金的数目，应经协商方式视情况而定。但为表示上述功能，在契约和信用证中，必须明确如下内容：

　　装运货物系以第＿＿号即期信用证规定的电汇或信汇方式向卖方提交预付金＿为前提，其余部分采用托收凭即期付款交单。

　　Shipment to be made subject to an advanced payment or payment amounting＿＿ to be remitted in favour of seller by T/T or M/T with indication of S/C No. ＿＿ and the remaining part on co11ection basis, documents will be re-leased against payment at sight.
