②neighborhood is a nature process. stop some meaningless building cost should see a whole financial picture examples. tourist industry bring more money than government spend on it
需不需要保护古建筑。
比较简单，三点分别反驳的。
一题是说有人对保持旧建筑持批评态度，举了三个理由：
1）旧建筑里尽是破东西，破的取暖设备，破的供电系统等。这不适合人住。
2）居民并不真正喜欢旧建筑，旧建筑周围越来越多的是超市、现代化的建筑等。
3）保持这些破玩意还要花费公共支出，浪费纳税人的钱，并举了一个例子，说某个破建筑通过创收来募集维修资金。

To give the same grade to all the members who do the same project together. what do you think of the way of evaluation.

许多学校建立了study group,学生在一个group做同一个project的时候是不是应该给一样的分数，让学生一起学习，但是他们的作业都是一样的，同不同意给这些学生一样的grade，你支持还是反对
