　　电话记录主要涉及：电话来自何人(From：sb.)、打给什么人(To：sb.)、电话号码(Telephone number,常缩写为Tel)日期(Date)、时间(Time)、电话内容(Message)，记录人往往也会在末尾签上自己的名字，以示负责。(具体格式可以参看 《英语写作“聊天室”(六)》)

　　根据电话中的对话内容，填写下面所缺的单词，每空一词(Teacher—T， Sam—S)。
