英文： BoC Hong Kong to launch 2-3 bln usd IPO on July 8 - report
Bank of China (Hong Kong) Ltd will launch a 2-3 bln usd initial public offering on July 8, the Standard reported, citing sources close to the deal.

The newspaper said the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong gave its approval for BoC Hong Kong's listing on Thursday.

A meeting to set the price of the shares may start on July 19, with allocation of shares to institutional investors to follow over the weekend of July 20 and 21.
The newspaper said the bank is likely to offer bonus shares.

BoC Hong Kong is tentatively scheduled to list on the SEHK main board on July 25, it added.
