In ancient Egypt, at the top of the society was Pharaoh, a divine king who after death joined the pantheon of gods that watched over Egypt, through whose nobles and officials law and economic orders were imposed, with a large army of priestly clerks called scribes employed as supervisors. theo-虽然最常见的词是theory理论，但起初的意思还是关于神，deity,所以theologist表示神学家就很自然，某个时期以前，所谓的理论，都是掌控在宗教手中。浏览金山词霸，theomania宗教狂，特指自封为神的人，嘿嘿，这样看单词，不是背诵记忆，更多的是玩拼图一般的游戏了。

pan-是成词能力很强的前缀，如此之强，以至于很多时候我们没有意识到这个前缀的存在。我喜欢的几个单词：panacea万能药，panorama全景，Pan-America泛美（航空）。
