PART C: LISTENING AND TRANSLATION:
听译在中级口译中占30分，也是一个大项，而且如果发挥得好，是一个“挣分”的项目。同学们对这一部分的试题总是有些担心，大家主要反映在听的过程中无法同时兼顾理解和记笔记(note-taking)，往往在听的过程中似乎明白了原文，但在做翻译的时候却想不起原文的细节。这个问题在听译的PASSAGES部分更为突出。
在听力教学的过程中，我们的老师会给大家介绍note-taking的一些方法。但熟练掌握是以大量的练习为基础的。只有在听与考试同等难度的句子或段落时，感觉比较轻松，才有可能有余力做好note-taking的工作。这一项在高级口译考试中同样存在，而且中级和高级的难度相差并不大，做好了这一练习，也为以后在高级口译考试中的顺利过关打下良好基础。在这里，我把听译的原文奉献给大家。大家在做练习的过程中，记住一点：“不求细节面面俱到，但求总体把握，自圆其说”。
