4：19 在基列地，就是从前属亚摩利王西宏和巴珊王噩之地，有乌利的儿子基别一人管理。

　　Geber the son of Uri was in the country of Gilead， in the country of Sihon king of the Amorites， and of Og king of Bashan； and he was the only officer which was in the land.

　　4：20 犹大人和以色列人如同海边的沙那样多，都吃喝快乐。

　　Judah and Israel were many， as the sand which is by the sea in multitude， eating and drinking， and making merry.

　　4：21 所罗门统管诸国，从大河到非利士地，直到埃及的边界。所罗门在世的日子，这些国都进贡服事他。

　　And Solomon reigned over all kingdoms from the river unto the land of the Philistines， and unto the border of Egypt： they brought presents， and served Solomon all the days of his life.

　　4：22 所罗门每日所用的食物，细面三十歌珥，粗面六十歌珥，And Solomon's provision for one day was thirty measures of fine flour， and threescore measures of meal，

　　4：23 肥牛十只，草场的牛二十只，羊一百只，还有鹿，羚羊，狍子，并肥禽。

　　Ten fat oxen， and twenty oxen out of the pastures， and an hundred sheep， beside harts， and roebucks， and fallowdeer， and fatted fowl.

　　4：24 所罗门管理大河西边的诸王，以及从提弗萨直到迦萨的全地，四境尽都平安。

　　For he had dominion over all the region on this side the river， from Tiphsah even to Azzah， over all the kings on this side the river： and he had peace on all sides round about him.

　　4：25 所罗门在世的日子，从但到别是巴的犹大人和以色列人，都在自己的葡萄树下和无花果树下安然居住。

　　And Judah and Israel dwelt safely， every man under his vine and under his fig tree， from Dan even to Beersheba， all the days of Solomon.

　　4：26 所罗门有套车的马四万，还有马兵一万二千。

　　And Solomon had forty thousand stalls of horses for his chariots， and twelve thousand horsemen.

　　4：27 那十二个官吏各按各月供给所罗门王，并一切与他同席之人的食物，一无所缺。

　　And those officers provided victual for king Solomon， and for all that came unto king Solomon's table， every man in his month： they lacked nothing.

　　4：28 众人各按各分，将养马与快马的大麦和乾草送到官吏那里。

　　Barley also and straw for the horses and dromedaries brought they unto the place where the officers were， every man according to his charge.

　　4：29 神赐给所罗门极大的智慧聪明和广大的心，如同海沙不可测量。

　　And God gave Solomon wisdom and understanding exceeding much， and largeness of heart， even as the sand that is on the sea shore.

　　4：30 所罗门的智慧超过东方人和埃及人的一切智慧。

　　And Solomon's wisdom excelled the wisdom of all the children of the east country， and all the wisdom of Egypt.

　　4：31 他的智慧胜过万人，胜过以斯拉人以探，并玛曷的儿子希幔，甲各，达大的智慧。他的名声传扬在四围的列国。

　　For he was wiser than all men； than Ethan the Ezrahite， and Heman， and Chalcol， and Darda， the sons of Mahol： and his fame was in all nations round about.

　　4：32 他作箴言三千句，诗歌一千零五首。

　　And he spake three thousand proverbs： and his songs were a thousand and five.

　　4：33 他讲论草木，自黎巴嫩的香柏树直到墙上长的牛膝草，又讲论飞禽走兽，昆虫水族。

　　And he spake of trees， from the cedar tree that is in Lebanon even unto the hyssop that springeth out of the wall： he spake also of beasts， and of fowl， and of creeping things， and of fishes.

　　4：34 天下列王听见所罗门的智慧，就都差人来听他的智慧话。

　　And there came of all people to hear the wisdom of Solomon， from all kings of the earth， which had heard of his wisdom.
