6. [DS]看了5分钟才明白说什么，记不清楚原文了，大概是这个意思：
给了一个测量什么的标准的公式，没用，用来表示估计的数值和实际的数值的偏差吧。一个公司的total的偏差和product Z 的偏差都小于10%，问product Z实际是否at least 20% of total？
(1)product Z 估计是25% of total
(2)给了一个product Z的具体数值
