If, after thirty days form the commencement of such informal consultations, the Parties fail to resolve amicably a contract dispute, either Party thereto may require that the dispute be submitted to arbitration for resolution.  在非正式协商开始30天后，如果双方仍不能友好地解决合同争端，任何一方可以要求将争端提交仲裁解决。
