Never buy before comparing! The price tag includes a three-week seminar in Spruce City. Here, we must feel some trepidation. The personnel director wants all employees to take the course. In effect this amounts to closing the factory for three weeks. Even if time off is staggered, this can be expected to hurt productivity. And, since the time amounts to a three-week paid vacation (in addition to the usual two weeks allotted）, profits are going to take one hell of a hit this year. People are going to have to process an awful lot of information quickly to make good the time lost. Can this be done? What is the experience of other companies? And does Easy-Read offer an online course? One where the student learns at his own (hopefully increasing） speed?
