As the stocks of this article, both visible and invisible in the market, are limited, we find it very difficult to obtain any sizable quantity.
As the quantity is limited, we advise you to stock your requirements without loss of time.
4. 请求依契约允许误差
There may be a fair loss of quantity during transportation and we would like you to grant us the option of shipping 10% more or less on the contract quantities and the difference to be settled at contract prices.
5. 询问数量折扣所需的最低数量
We are informed of your quality discount when we make a large purchase.
Concerning the above, we shall appreciate hearing from you if the quantity of 5,000 tons will be available for June or later shipment.
We can probably increase the quantity to 1,000 or 2,000 tons.
For our further information, please let us have the minimum quantity required for your best discount.
6.告知对方， 由于供过于求， 很难大批销售
As we are under a contract to accept the shipment of a monthly quantity of 1,000 tons as contract quantity, we will be subject to a heavy fine if we fail to accept it.
While most of our buyers prefer to wait one or two months on account of the excess of supply, it will not be easy to sell the large quantities.
7. 表明同意契约数量， 但要求能允许某种程度的误差
We agree to deliver the exact quantity stated in this contract except where coffee is sold on a specific plantation brand in which case we shall have the option of delivering 5% more or less of the quantity stipulated.
The weight and quantities shall be finally determined as stated in the shipping documents.
8.因存货不足， 允许依契约数量略有误差
As we are informed of the shortage of the stocks in your market for this item, any substantial portion of our requirements will be welcome if you find it impossible to offer the full quantity.
We will allow a tolerance of 5% within more or less of the contract quantity.
9. 要求运交数量与契约数量一致
We request you deliver the exact quantity of the goods contracted for and if you ship more or less quantity than in the contract, you will not be fulfilling the contract.
The quantity stated in Bill of Lading shall be taken as the conclusive proof of the quantity of shipment.
If the incorrectness of B/L is proved, it is not final.
10. 以工厂优越的生产力促使客户大量订购
We pride ourselves that our factory has such a capacity to turn out any quantities within three months from receipt of orders.
We can ship your order of 5,000 tons of ethylene by a vessel leaving Shanghai port within three months and should be pleased if you would arrange to make an order exceeding 5,000 tons
