We have received today our soybeans of 500 tons you shipped on September 15.
However on examining we have found that the quality of almost half of the goods, that is, about 200 tons does not tally with your sample and is inferior to the standard.
You can see it from the surveyor's report enclosed.
Please let us have your measure for solution urgently.

Please let us have your large orders. We guarantee that all shipments we send to you conform perfectly to the quality and weight of these samples.
9. 说明不给予品质保证
We request you to note that we will not assume any responsibility concerning the quality when we sell spot goods.
The reason behind this is that we make it a rule to let the buyer inspect the goods carefully before the purchase.
10. 要求附加文件
As to the quality and weight, we request you attach the certificates of weight and/or measurement issued by the sworn measurer authorized by your government and the certificate of quality inspection issued by an official export inspection organization to the shipping documents in order to prove them to be as contracted.
11. 抱怨品质低劣
The goods forwarded to us per the ship on October 31 are so inferior in quality that we hesitate to deliver them to our customers.
We consider there will be no other way to dispose of them but to put them up for bargain.
The goods in question do not turn up on the ordinary customer's market.

We have received today three cases of your goods shipped on April 10.
On opening the cases we have found they are much inferior to the samples on which we passed our order.
We cannot possibly take them in and request you let us have your explanation as to why such goods were delivered.

In reply to your letter on inferior quality, we have sent you the correct goods quite up to our samples and presume the deterioration of quality has been made during transportation.
You will see it from the certificate of inspection enclosed that our goods are correct.
Therefore we ask you to cover your loss with the insurance.
14. 因买方不满品质， 要求诉诸仲裁
We have forwarded our goods equal to the samples subject to your understanding that the quality shall be sound and the goods shall be dry and bright.
If we cannot agree on the quality, you are entitled to ask for a settlement by arbitration.
Therefore we would like you to submit this matter to arbitration.
