1. 因大量定购而降价

The price you have quoted is in excess of the market price here. Some reasonable discount is essential for sale in this market.

However we have to advise you that there will not be much business for your computers in this market at the price level in your quotation.
We would like you to note there is every possibility that some price cut will justify itself for an increase in business.

14. 答应降价

Concerning your request for a discount of 5 %, we agree to this in this instance if it will help you to extend sales and build up your market.
However, we will be unable to repeat this again as we are planning to advance our prices in the near future
