98年翻译真题的一个小问题
98年的题目:If  the  small   hot   spots  look  as  expected  ,that  will  be  a  triumph  for  yet  another  scientific  idea ,a  refinement  of  the  Big  Bang  called  the  inflationary    universe   
theroy.其中的called  the  inflationary    universe   theory是修饰refinement而不是修饰the  Big  Bang，这是怎么判断的呀，每次碰到类似的句型都没法判断，请教各位高手哈~~

你只能看修饰谁更合适。
